Night guards

Dental night guards, occlusal guards, mouth guards or bite splints are all available at our office to protect your teeth, temporomandibular joints (TMJ) and muscles from wear and pain. These devices are fabricated by a dental technicians after an impression.

Steps of fabricating these appliances:

  • Determine the need either at a hygiene checkup or a regular visit to your dentist.

    • we also re-fabricate these appliances for you if you had one before

  • An impression is taken of your jaws - these will be used to fabricate the appliance outside of the mouth.

  • Delivery of the appliance with hygiene instructions and a holder for the appliance

    • refinement of the bite is done during the delivery visit.
